[The Doctor]

Plot Idea

Wel seeing as Global Warming has been on tv a lot I thought that it would be good If we made a Story about it. The story can be set in our present.
The story of course needs a evil villiant. Maybe someone who has a control over the climate.
The Doctor and who ever (could be more that Rose) find out. Go back into time before the person/ alien (whatever) invents it or while they are making it.

That is the rough guildline of the story, but we can change it how we what it as we go along.
